Of course, in the fine line width/line distance (L/S) ≤150um(6mil) and thin copper foil ≤35um, the selection of non-woven brush roller caused by the yield rise (10-15%) factors in the current PCB manufacturing industry is more important.
Why did this happen? Please first pay attention to the microstructure of non-woven fabric: Abrasive nonwoven fabric is basically a disordered winding elastomer of nylon fiber. In its disordered fiber body, the abrasive particles of specific size are adhered to with special adhesive. In the grinding process, with the wear of the outer fiber + abrasive particles, new fiber + abrasive particles will immediately appear, and under the pressure of the internal elastomer, maintain good contact with the grinding surface. Throughout the grinding surface, the fiber + abrasive particles are basically evenly distributed, so the grinding surface can achieve a uniform effect. At the same time, due to the internal pressure of the elastomer and the grinding surface maintain good contact, so as to ensure that no impact force is imposed on the grinding surface, to avoid damage to the fine line.
GSH brush roller, the grinding surface roughness control is still using the early control method, that is, through the control of abrasive content and particle size in the non-woven fabric to achieve the required grinding surface roughness, such as photosensitive film coating surface roughness Rz=2.0-3.0um, only need to control the abrasive size of the back brush roller =58um. To obtain the surface roughness R z=1.5-2.5um before green oil (solderproof) coating, only need to control the abrasive particle size of the rear brush roll ≤39mm.
GSH brand nonwoven brush roller on grinding surface impact force control is achieved by surface hardness control, such as green oil (anti-welding) coating before grinding, we control the hardness of HardA3±5°A DUR range, which ensures that on the one hand the elastic body and grinding surface good contact, on the other hand does not damage the fine lines. And in the requirements of high machinability such as overflow resin removal and excess plug ink removal, and to increase the hardness, at this time we control the range of HardC3±5°A DUR, if at the same time pay attention to the choice of nylon fiber thickness, this high machinability can be satisfied.

7, stainless steel plate surface treatment 400#AO HardC1+600#AO HardC1
